Green IT in System Center Configuration Manager R3-Power Management

While we wait for more information about the vNext (see post worth knowing the new feature of R3 “Power Management”.

The process is quite interesting, formed by three parts to be used. First go to the menu of “Client Agents” and enable “Power Management” agent. The second step is to go on one of the collections and right-click to access the option “Modify Collection Settings” and configure power plans. And the third step is to install and run reports. I will detail below the screens to be followed and the result:

1-enabling power management agent on the client

2-Creating a profile of centralized management in collection

3-management reports for monitoring and comparative with centralized power management

NOTE: If you don’t have the reports on your list to access the post
